If an event is canceled or rescheduled, credits may be adjusted or refunded based on the event organizer’s policies. We recommend checking the event’s specific terms for more information.

3. Processing Time

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited back to your bank account or original payment method.
